ASSUMPTION
Officials with the Department of Transportation (DOT) hope civic organizations or individual donors would contribute funds to pay a one-time cost for the two signs to be installed. Otherwise, MoDOT's Road Fund will be impacted by $852.
Oversight assumes that DOT would absorb the costs of the signs if a contribution is not received.
