FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
The proposal may result in some minor costs related to the change in posting requirement of small business lodging establishments. The estimated impact is unknown.
DESCRIPTION
This act changes the term innkeeper in the statutes to lodging establishment. The act also changes posting requirements of certain notices to be placed at the registration desk and in the guest rooms of
the lodging establishment.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
