Rock Island Discussions on Trail Head Locations

JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. David Pearce, R-Warrensburg, will join with officials from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Leeton and Chilhowee to discuss possible locations for trail heads along the Rock Island Trail and review progress of trail construction. The event will begin at 10 a.m. on Sept. 10 at Leeton City Hall 108 West Summerfield, Leeton. Another discussion will be held at 11:30 a.m. at Chilhowee City Hall, located at 110 S. Pennsylvania Ave., in Chilhowee.
