SB 1378 - This act requires the Commissioner of Administration to include in the Cafeteria Plan, products from venders if: (1) the product is eligible under the Internal Revenue Code; (2) the vendor is approved by the Office of Administration; and (3) the vendor is receiving at least $500,000 annually from State employees through voluntary payroll deductions.

The act is similar to SB 132 (2003).
