SCR 48 - This act establishes the Hepatitis C Task Force to examine the impact of the hepatitis C virus in Missouri on intravenous drug users, incarcerated individuals, alcoholics, minority groups, gays and lesbians, and individuals infected with the HIV virus.
This resolution is identical to SCR 19 (2003).
