SCS/SB 1104 - This act repeals the current section pertaining to the Missouri Qualified Producer Incentive Fund and creates a similar fund called the "Missouri Farmers Biodiesel Incentive Fund" to be administered by the Department of Agriculture. The act makes it clear that a qualified Missouri biodiesel producer is defined, in part, as a facility that is owned by at least fifty-one percent of Missouri agricultural producers. MEGAN WORD
