SB 454 - This act modifies the definition of the term "eligible job enhancement business" to allow the business to be eligible for a linked deposit loan greater than fifty thousand dollars per job established or retained, if an applicant can demonstrate significant costs for equipment, capital outlay, or construction associated with the physical expansion, renovation, or modernization of a facility or equipment.
