SB 603 - This act provides that a child's school district of domicile shall pay an amount specified in the act to the child's district of residence for educational services rendered by the district of residence while the child resides for three or more days in a psychiatric treatment facility located in the district of residence.

This act is identical to HB 716 (2023).
