SB 512 - This act requires health benefit plans issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2024, that provide coverage for prescription contraceptives, as defined in the act, to cover a supply of the contraceptives which is intended to last up to one year. This act is identical to HB 287 (2023), substantially similar to SB 641 (2022), and similar to SB 472 (2021), HB 1373 (2021), and SB 346 (2019). ERIC VANDER WEERD
