SB 256 - Under this act, any veteran, who was discharged or released from service under conditions other than dishonorable, of any branch of the Armed Forces of the United States, including the National Guard or any reserve component of the Armed Forces, shall be eligible to receive hunting and fishing permits free of charge for life.
