HCS/HBs 802, 807 & 886 — This act authorizes the Department of Natural Resources and the Governor to convey certain state property. This act authorizes the Department of Natural Resources to convey land located in Iron County to the State Highways and Transportation Commission. This act authorizes the Governor to convey state property located in Christian County; the City of Rolla, Phelps County; the City of Kirksville, Adair County; and the City of St. Louis. The Governor is further authorized to convey property located in Pike County to the State Highways and Transportation Commission. This act is identical to provisions in SB 505 (2023), SB 248 (2023), SB 537 (2023), SB 612 (2023), SB 1043 (2022), HB 1478 (2022), a provision in SCS/HCS/HB 1597 (2022), a provision in HB 2719 (2022), SB 553 (2021), HB 469 (2021), HB 1299 (2020), and HB 552 (2019).
