SB 605 - This act modifies the laws regulating tattooing in Missouri by adding semi-permanent marks made by a small handheld tool made of several needles or blades that deposit pigment into the upper dermis to the definition of a tattoo. This act is similar to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed CCS/HCS/SS/SCS/SB 157 (2023), the truly agreed to and finally passed HCS/SS/SCS/SB 70 (2023), and HCS/HBs 45 & 1066 (2023).
