HJR 132 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, provides that the term of imprisonment for a person found guilty of an offense of sexual trafficking of a child in the first degree as provided by law shall be for life without eligibility for probation or parole.

This act is identical to SJR 92 (2024).
