JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Denny Hoskins, R-Warrensburg, today issued the following statement relating to the Missouri Senate’s approval of the governor’s appointments to various state boards, including Phyllis Chase, Hadley Owen, and Stuart Rogers as members of the University of Central Missouri Board of Governors:

“It is important to know that these positions are being filled with qualified individuals that will make the best decisions for UCM. I was happy to give my approval for these appointees. I look forward to seeing all the good they will do in their new positions.”
