On Thursday, Feb. 27, Missouri senators voted to send Senate Bill 156 to the Missouri House of Representatives for consideration. The measure, sponsored by Sen. Tracy McCreery, D-St. Louis County, would designate Aug. 6 as Chris Sifford Day in Missouri.
