Senator Brad Hudson, R-Cape Fair, presented two of his measures to the Missouri Senate Judiciary and Civil & Criminal Jurisprudence Committee on March 26. Senate Bill 589 would modify provisions relating to civil actions for childhood sexual abuse, including the statute of limitations for such actions. Senate Bill 590 would modify provisions relating to childhood sexual abuse actions, including the application of nondisclosure agreements in such actions.
