Committee’s Continue

I hope you are doing well and had the chance to enjoy this past weekend. Here at the Capitol, Senate committee hearings are in full swing with new bills being filed every day. I anticipate we will soon begin discussing pieces of legislation on the Senate floor.

This week, I am happy to stand with multiple governor appointments that were presented through committee, including Edward Clausen for the Conservation Commission, William Eckart for the Elevator Safety Board, Logan Hobbs for the State Board of Mediation and Mark McCarter for the Child Abuse and Neglect Review Board C. Each of these individuals comes from the 6th Senatorial District and I am proud to present them to the Senate and see the good they will accomplish in their new roles.
