Sen. Sandy Crawford’s Capitol Report for the Week of Feb. 28
Thursday, March 3, 2022
The governor has signed the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 supplemental budget bill, House Bill 3014, which provides the state sufficient funding to operate for the remainder of the current fiscal year. House Bill 3014 totals more than $4.6 billion, including $401.5 million in general revenue and $4.1 billion in federal funds. Some of the priority areas include public school districts and child care services. It also allocates additional funds to the people who work at our veterans’ homes, prisons, hospitals and other essential services that are underpaid.
I am honored to serve as your senator in the Missouri Senate. If, at any time, you have questions, concerns or ideas regarding state government, please feel free to contact me at (573) 751-8793 or Sandy.Crawford@senate.mo.gov.
