Missouri senators move closer to forming their version of the Fiscal Year 2025 state operating budget. Senate Joint Resolutions 74, 48, 59, 61 & 83 would ask voters to change some initiative petition rules. Senate Bill 748 now has first-round Missouri Senate approval.
