This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews the Fiscal Year 2025 state operating budget; Senate Bill 748, also known as the FRA bill; Senate Joint Resolutions 74, 48, 59, 61 & 83, which would ask Missouri voters to modify provisions relating to constitutional amendments; House Bill 1751, a new law that will modify provisions governing solid waste management permits; Senate Bill 727 and House Bill 2287, both of which relate to education; House Bill 2634, a new law that modifies provisions relating to public funding of abortion facilities and affiliates, and provisions relating to MO HealthNet providers; Senate Bill 1359, which seeks to modify provisions relating to financial institutions; and House Bill 1803, which was also signed into law this week.
